Erika Danielle Segura is an aspiring artist. She began drawing in high school but did not take her art seriously until the passing of her grandfather. Erika's family established the Daniel G. Parra Memorial Fund in order to raise money for education for underpriviledged families. In trying to raise money for the memorial fund, Erika found her passion in art. Erika uses different mediums such as acrylic paints, markers, highlighters, crayons and sharpies on top of cardboard paper to create her pieces. Her motto is Art and Soul which means that every work of art is to be created with passion, dedication and with love. She devotes herself completely to each piece of art and says that she leaves traces of her soul in her artwork for others to discover.

"I believe that in every piece of artwork an artist leaves a piece of themselves locked inside. It is this hidden treasure that captures people, it is this hidden treasure that no other artist can replicate because what the people fall in love with is the artist themselves."

-Erika Danielle Segura

(Although most of her artwork is original there are several pieces that were adapted by request and are not her original designs. Erika makes sure to credit each piece accordingly and does not take credit for other artists work.)
